HIT-L-20是以气相白炭黑(SiO2)为基料使用特殊技术研发,专门用于锂电池内部聚合物的增强,使聚合物有很好的力学性能。在不降低电导率的情况下,有助于电解质的胶化,避免电解液的泄漏。在加工过程中可避免其他层的损坏,提高正极与电解质之间以及负极之间的附着强度,提高电导率,降低电池各层的热变形。

HIT-L-20 is developed with a special technology based on fumed silica (SiO2), which is specially used for the reinforcement of the polymer inside the lithium battery, so that the polymer has good mechanical properties. In the case of not reducing the conductivity, it helps the gelation of the electrolyte and avoids the leakage of the electrolyte. During the processing, damage to other layers can be avoided, the adhesion strength between the positive electrode and the electrolyte and between the negative electrodes can be improved, the electrical conductivity can be improved, and the thermal deformation of each layer of the battery can be reduced.
